Home Maintenance & Repairs: We are getting water spots at various places on the ceilings througout the house.The roof seems to be leaking/seeping
water at various places and not just around flashing areas. The roof is about 12-13 years old and the contractor did not replace the felt paper the last time we had it done. Is it time to get a new roof?
