Easy Fall Candle Centerpiece

I love easy crafts that are easily customizable. There's something extra special about making something that totally suits your style while still being able to follow the instructions. I think my easy fall candle centerpiece passes the test! Using easy mix and match techniques, you can create a candle centerpiece perfect for your home.
I used a bunch of supplies including glass candle holders, Mod Podge, burlap ribbon, twigs, glitter, and twine. It looks like a jumble, but everything comes together cleanly in the end.
For the first candle holder, I painted a stripe of Mod Podge around the center of the glass. I then cut my burlap ribbon to fit around the glass. Tie a piece of twine/ribbon/wire of your choosing around the burlap ribbon and you're finished with your first candle holder.
For the next candle holder, we're going to use glitter. Take some Frog Tape and tape the glass where you DON'T want the glitter to be.
Paint the exposed area with Mod Podge. While it's wet, sprinkle the glitter of your choice onto it. When the Mod Podge is dry, paint a top coat and remove the tape.
Grab your twine/ribbon/wire and some twigs. Paint a stripe of Mod Podge around the bottom of the glass. Stand the twigs around it and wrap a piece of twine around the twigs.
I used the same technique with cinnamon sticks for another candle holder. when I was finished, I pulled out a simple serving dish, decorated with some fake leaves and leftover bits and pieces, and set it on my dining room table. The sky's the limit with these techniques!
