Beachy Bathroom Cabinets

Chalky painted master bath cabinets at the beach
Completed- this project took me ten hours- I did wait the suggested drying times on the products I used.
Before- Pickled Cabinets
I mixed Annie Sloan's Duck Egg Blue with CeCe Caldwell's Vintage White to match the surrounding blue items in the bath. The wonderful thing about using this paint is no sanding of priming in the beginning.
The paint stick shows the Vintage White white wash (thinned paint with water) technique that will be add over the painted cabinets.
First the cabinet was painted with a custom mix blue, white washed with an off white, distressed lightly and clear coated.
