Beer Bottle Soap Dispenser

Last June I made this beer bottle soap dispenser with, well, a beer bottle. Bud Lime to be exact. I used a blow dryer to get the stickers off, and then I added 1/2 water, and 1/2 pretty colored detergent. I've included a link to buy the liquor spout on line. They are fairly inexpensive.
This bottle is nice and light and easy to use when your hands are soapy.

About a year ago my daughter suggested using the hand soap pump for dish soap. Washed one out and have been using it since then. (Did change pumps for larger one). Soap is a drop, couple drops, squirt at a time. A drop on a dish brush really does a great job. Drop on the blue scrubbers goes a long.. way. :)
    • Have used hand soap pump dispenser for years on kitchen sink, with dish soap for dish as you say and cleaning hands after gardening. Saves space, to have 2 dispensers cluttering up the counter.

I used a cobalt blue beer bottle with a spout for my olive oil! Have it out on the counter next to my stove so it is always available. ( I use my fair share of olive oil! haha)
