Ok folks, I need your help.
The photo is of an area containing a waterfall biofalls box. Obviously the stonework needs some tweaking but once everything is cleaned up I would like to put an accent plant in the area between the boulder and the box. The area gets full sun. I'm open to any suggestions.

You can also consider a low growing herb, such as thyme or even catmint.
You can also do a low growing evergreen, like the cypress that was already mentioned, or juniper shrubs offer lots of shapes and sizes, as well as some color.
There are a lot of options, depending on the look you're seeking.
