Wreath for My Daughter

This is my horse wreath for my "Horse Crazed" daughter. I did a little more filling in along the jaw line and got it boxed up for her. I was going for the "Stallion in the Wind" look! When she was a teen, she loved the big, energy filled animals which scared the dickens out of me...so I knew she would appreciate this look. I think she will hang it at a little more of an angle to the right. My helper and I did the best we could to get it photographed! (As usual, with all the boxes of craft stuff I could not find a single wreath hanger so hubs had to stand behind the door and hold it in place! That happens when you are worn out!) She will have to decide if she wants just a ribbon loop at the top or a nice bow...I left her plenty of ribbon for both.
It is now time to get started on the mailbox Christmas decoration since the weather has cooled down a bit and I can start getting the basic layout done!
This turned out to be a fun project...frustrating, but I am pleased with the results. Making a frame was probably the most difficult part...used those flimsy coat hangers that come from the laundry and some more flexible wire for the cross braces. Luckily I had all the necessary supplies already! It is amazing how past supplies come in so handy!

I typed out a response, but I don't see it now...??? So excuse me if I am repeating myself. I typed out detailed instructions along with photographs. But there is no way to post a printed page on HT. Respond with your email address and I will send it to you. Or if you are on FB, do you want me to post it on FB and then you can retrieve it there? Is your FB open to others posting on it?

To all of you wanting instructions and photos, I am working on it now. I did not take photos as I went because I did not even think it would work.
