Tips for Cleaning a Front Porch

I can't wait to decorate my front porch for the Fall! But, before I could really enjoy pulling out the Fall decorations, it needed a good cleaning. Here are a few tips on getting your porch good and clean!
Last Saturday, my family spent some time cleaning our front porch. I mean the really good clean! Here are some things I learned along the way!
Here is what we started with; plenty of dead bugs and their homes, concrete stains, and old nests. Let me just tell you that it wasn't making a good first impression!
I assembled my gear and my team! We took everything off of the porch and began the process...
We started at the top and worked out way down... (all of the steps we used are in the full blog post!)
For the more stubborn rust stains on the concrete, I had to more to this Muriatic Acid. I had ready that cider vinegar would work, but it didn't even fade my stains!
The end result is so nice. It was well worth the hours that we put in!
Now, I'm ready to pull out those fall decorations! And I'm happy to report, they will make their appearance this weekend!
