Fall On The Farm

Homestead 128
by Homestead 128
Today I am so excited to share with you some pictures of our farmhouse decorated for fall. I started this year with the front porch and decided to keep things mostly neutral, with a little bit of color by the door.
I started with the pumpkins. They are from a local Amish produce stand near our home. I loved the colors and decided to find more of this color. The panels came from old cabinet doors that I had stored for a later date. They just happened to match perfectly!
I added the color by the door with two red mums. I love the contrast of the deep red with the light colors!
The bucket full of pears are some of the excess that we have growing on our pear tree. More pears then I will ever know what to do with!
Finally I rounded out the front porch with some more steel, and some small logs. The whole porch ends up being light, neutral, and inviting! If you want to see more pictures from the tour, and pictures from the inside of the home head over to the original post to see more!
