Okay, here it is... the 1st Budget Holiday Decor idea! Remember these are BUDGET, OFTEN ORGANIC, EASY projects for the busy DIY'er and I ain't no Martha Stewart! I have a video to attach, but that will have to be added tomorrow, as I have not been to the SawHorse school of video & am having trouble. I hope you enjoy.
