Organizing Keepsakes for Scrapbooking

On day 6 of my challenge, I tackled the storage unit where I keep scrapbooking momentos (until I get a chance to put them in an album).
I had been storing them in this plastic drawer unit, and it worked ok. But I was on a mission to reduce visual clutter in the basement storage area and have a better system overall.
Repurposing these 12x12 boxes that I had used for daycare busy boxes was the perfect solution!
Each box has 2 years worth of content, further divided inside by labeled manila envelopes. (I'm VERY behind on scrapbooking!) When I'm ready to work on an album, now I can just grab the appropriate box and the corresponding photos and get to work!
The plastic drawers are gone, and there was room in this cabinet for the boxes. I finished my daughter's...now onto my husband's and my keepsakes, which will go right next to hers!
