Snow Owls on the Mantel
A few years ago Owls came back into trend, having been a fad of the 70's. I found some homely little charachters in the local flea and gave them a sparkly makeover using some ASCP and glitter.

White Annie Sloan Chalk Paint and a little highlighting turned them into some lovely little white "Snow Owls.
They're watching over the rest of the Fall Festivities from my Living Room Mantel. I love to have them out From Halloween until Christmas. They lend an elegant and whimsical element to my Fall Decor.
