Private label custom cabinets by BSB. Paint color of cabinetry is Sherwin Williams Interesting Aqua SW6220. Note - custom cabinet door with 2 panels offers interest to wall cabinets (instead of one full height square panel that you so commonly see)

All Kitchen Aid appliances.

The cabinet package for this kitchen sold for $17k including installation (kitchen, breakfront and beverage center). Counter tops, appliances, tile and lighting are not included.

Size is awesome. I don't like the blue, beverage center seems pointless and I don't see a dishwasher. Love everything else though, great job.

Dishwasher is in the island next to the sink. Beverage center was a big point for these homeowners... they appreciate being able to prepare, serve and certainly store beverages outside of the working zone of the kitchen -- doesnt congest .. especially when they entertain

I use a wheelchair and designed my kitchen for wheelchair use. (probably should post some of that here). But this kitchen wouldn't have to be re-designed. Do you have any "pots and pans drawers" or all cabinets?

There are a lot of big kitchens here in Atlanta Linda :) I definitely understand the challenges of design with wheelchair use. Both of my certification exams had to address challenges of having a family member in the home that use a wheelchair. There are some really incredible concepts and innovations to make the space practical .. I would really enjoy seeing your kitchen, start a new post!

@Linda R - I too would be interested in seeing a kitchen designed for wheelchair use. I know a few people already who something like that would be a great benefit to.

I usually find something in a kitchen that I would change but I wouldn't change a thing in this one. I love the color scheme, the lighting, and most of all the efficient lay out. It's a cook's dream come true!

Let me tell you someday does come! My husband and I had no children so I continued to work from age to age 45....of course we spent our money pletifully but that "someday" I just planned for. Got all my ideas put together for....saved money for. I knew it would never be one of the professional kitchens like these but with my own concepts, finding good deals on things, finding an awesome contractor who worked as fast as any I have seen and charged by the hour on everything but flooring, was ...»
willing to change plans on the spur of the moment with no grumping (I don't think it was just because I pay by the hour!) and ended up doing a lot more than I planned from the beginning and going way over budget but ending up with almost a new home...My dream did come true... OH and to my own design...I get people who tell me my home looks like it came out of a magazine (when its clean of course) and ask about how I did certain things and even the contractor borrowed one of my ideas for his house and has sent someone to see my house to show his work!
