My Glaze firing isn't working with my new batch of crystal glazes I just got.

I usually use the setting already programed in the kiln but, I am going ti have to play around with the different settings. I look it up on line but, I want to know what you would recommend for a glaze firing that has the CRYSTAL. I think it needs to on a higher setting because I can still feel the raised specks on the surface.

I do not know a lot about glazing, but I would assume your right about either not enough heat, or not in the kiln long enough as your still feeling the crystals that did not melt in.
