Newspaper Strip - Wipes Container

I wanted to leave out a package of wipes to make those quick clean-ups more likely to happen, a little more often. And, these biodegradable wipes are great. But... the packaging? Not so much.
This project is great for homemade/reusable wipes too!
First strip off the old label and gather a, paper cutter, Mod Podge, foam brush and newspaper clippings.
Cut simple strips with the paper cutter and apply to the container strip - by - strip.
