Headboard Into Bench

I started out with an interesting old headboard. I cut the footboard in half. I used 3/4" dowels to attach them to the headboard. Dowels were used for the front of bench also.
I used a piece of plywood for the base
I had a friend paint it.
I made a seat cushion and lumbar pillow.
I love it.
