Make a Snowman From Candle Jars

Easy
This cute snowman is made from used candle jars I bought at Dollar Tree and a pair of baby socks.
The jars are the perfect shapes to build a snowman with. I used White Americana Gloss Enamel paint and a sponge Spouncer to base coat the jars. Don't forget to clean them with alcohol first to get all the oils off of the jars.
While the white paint was drying I cut the toe of off one baby sock and cut slits down to the heels. Then I tied the strips together to make a fringe for the top of the snowman's hat. Using a pair of zig zag scissors, I cut the other sock to make a scarf with.

Once the paint is dry you can add the eyes, nose and mouth. Then bundle him up with the hat and scarf you made with the socks.

Total cost is between $2-$5 depending on if you need to purchase paint or not.

*Note: I do not like painting eyes! My next snowman may just have a corncob pipe, a button nose and 2 eyes made out of coal!
