Simple DIY Banner

I've joined some wonderful ladies in sharing a link party with you all! There are so many amazing projects linked up! Stop by, get inspired and share!
Decor doesn't have to be costly or difficult to make! In fact, the project I'm going to be sharing with you today is very simple and super cost friendly!
You will need two unwanted or ripped book pages. Cut the edges and bottoms of the pages off, so you have only the wording. Stack the two pages on top of each other and cut in half. Now you have 4 pieces. Stack those pieces on top of each and cut that in half. Now you have 8 pieces! Grab a stack of 4 and fish tail the ends. Grab the other 4 and fish tails those also.
You will need jute and a hot glue gun for the next steps!

Leave about 5 inches on the end for hanging purposes and don't cut the other end from the spool until you're done. I tape the loose end into place so it's easier to work with. Begin by adding two glue dots, using your hot glue gun, onto each corner of your book page. Leave an inch in between each piece of paper, and continue for the remaining!

Once you have glued all of them on, measure the loose end of your jute, so both ends are the same length!

And that's it! I completed this banner in less than 10 minutes and I absolutely love it!

I love how it looks in my office hanging on my chalkboard! So simple, yet beautiful and perfect for my Fall decor!
