Kitchen Remodel on a Budget!

When I moved into my home 3 years ago the kitchen was a scene from the 70's complete with ugly wallpapered border, ceiling (yes ceiling!) and walls. Not including the new floors it cost me less then $500 to take my kitchen from this awful mess.....
to this gorgeous space! I stripped lots of wallpaper, painted walls, ceilings, trim - DIY'd concrete countertops without using forms!..........
removed fluorescent light fixtures, painted all the cabinets........
changed faucets, sewed new faux roman shades, and did lots of other finishing touches. I loved the way my kitchen turned out!
Now its been about 1 1/2 years since I finished the renovation and this is where I am today..... stripping paint off cabinets!
