Midtown Residence Progress - this modern style home is located near downtown Atlanta.

The home was designed by Dencity Design and is being built by Oakland Development Group. The front yard will be minimalistic in style with a low cor-ten retaining wall around the large tree on the right of the house. Due to the grade change the backyard is broken into two distinct spaces the pool area and lower grassed lawn space. The pool is going to be square with concrete and wood decking.
