What to Do With Plastic Pumpkins?

We have all seen or own plastic pumpkins. Sometimes the kids carry these to collect their candy on Halloween, but my neighbor had other ideas.
All you need is plastic pumpkins and an old drapery rod.
If you don't have any of these plastic pumpkins, you can always pick them up very cheaply.

Once you have your pumpkins and a rod, you can then begin to build your tower.
You can see in the above picture that the rod was secured into the base of the large flower planter.

It was then filled with dirt and now the pumpkins could be added.
The bottom pumpkin was drilled on its side. The rest of the pumpkins were drilled on the bottom, but rotated from left to right as you work up the tower..
Once you have all of your pumpkins drilled and placed on the rod, it is time to add the dirt and the mums.

You can see more on how to make this plastic pumpkin tower on my website.

Thank you. Walmart was the only one that posted this product, but it's smaller than 10". I'll find it there, I feel sure.
