Repurposing A Vintage Mirror
Vintage mirrors look beautiful hung on a wall with their weathered charm but there are other things we can do with them. With a little creativity and love we can give them a new life.
With a fresh coat of paint, decorative handles and some little bun feet vintage mirrors can become pretty serving trays.
This upcycled mirror serving tray looks so pretty on this Shabby Chic inspired tablescape that I created with Mother's Day in mind. (See my last post)
I created another serving tray out of a larger serving tray a few years ago. This time I left the paint "as is" and just added some handles. I have it placed on my coffee table and love the vintage, worn look of the piece. It makes a great base for a sweet vignette.
You can also use them in a bathroom or a dresser to hold perfume bottles or toiletries.
