A Pirate Party Treasure Hunt!

One my daughters in Kentucky told me she was planning a Pirate Treasure Hunt for her 6 year old son's birthday party.. A treasure hunt calls for clues along the way to finding the treasure. I proposed making Pirate Posters for my daughter, Melissa, to post on tree trunks. She loved the idea, so I searched for pirate pictures on the internet.
Then I put together the items I would need: a large roll of paper (can be brown or white), acrylic paints from Michaels and paint brushes.

I selected the most simple pirate illustrations I could find and just copied them. TIP: they look much more professional in these photographs than they did in real life. Also, don't be put off - when these posters are held up in the distance, they look great.
