DIY Herringbone Cork Board

Each month a few of my blogger friends and I get together and challenge each other to create a project based on a particular theme. This month's theme was cork and I had so much fun creating a custom cork board for my home office.
I love that the cork board not only offers me a place to hang notes and reminders, but also doubles as a piece of art. It was super easy to make and is such a fun addition to my office.

Herringbone cork board------At some point someone asked about the short cut to cutting the cork but the answer doesn't show up. Can you give me the shortcut please? I just did all the mitering and gluing so tomorrow I paint and the next day put on the cork.
