$300 Bathroom Makeover

With a minuscule budget and a whole lot of elbow grease, I made over my master bathroom in just six weeks! It started out dark, depressing, and a total throwback to the 80's. Now it's light, bright, and beautiful!
Our bathroom didn't always look so light and pretty. The "BEFORE" was pretty dingy and dark.
Yikes! With a tiny $300 budget we were able to accomplish a lot, like framing out the GIANT mirror. (Of course, no project is ever truly complete... we still have to caulk around the mirror!)
After painting the walls, vanity, doors, and trim, the dark tile is much more palatable.
For more details on how I took this room from drab to fab in just 6 weeks and with $300, check out Flourish & Knot! Flourish & Knot runs the gamut of make-it-yourself: crafts, recipes, home improvement, decorating, sewing, gardening, floral arranging, and entertaining. If I can do it myself, it's fair game!
