Welcome. Now I have a question. I just rented an older trailer home, the place reeks of dog urine everywhere. The landlord said he hired -(Chem Dry) to clean it. When I came to move in it still reeked of pet urine( Iam coughing, sore scratchy throat, runny nose watering eyes), I told the landlord again how bad it still is. He rented me a rug doctor with shampoo and pet stain deodorizer l went and clean 3-4 times in the different rooms. We still smell the stuff and I told the landlord,it still stinks. He said give it a couple days to dry the smell will go away. What would you do about the carpet, and just how dangerous is it for me to continue to stay and sleep here. I have been wearing a face mask hoping it helps.
