Homemade Orange Cream Milk Bath Gift

In a busy season of entertaining, visiting, and showing appreciation at the end of a year, it's so helpful to have some small, thoughtful gifts on hand to give away for these occasions. Nothing beats a handmade gift in terms of being thoughtful and showing personal appreciation.
These pretty canning jars contain a homemade milk bath scented with orange essential oils. It looks pretty as a gift and while on display, and creates a luxurious relaxing experience when used.
The ingredients can be found in your pantry... dry milk powder, corn starch and baking soda. Essential oils can be found at your local health food store. I chose orange for a pretty and fresh scent that isn't overpowering. Any glass jar would be lovely for packaging and storing the milk bath once you've mixed it together.
I used alphabet stamps and black ink on a round kraft sticker label for the lid of the jar to continue the handmade look. If you're handy on the computer you could also create some to print out. As a finishing touch I tied some coordinating bakery twine around the jar.
