Rustic Holiday DIY Mason Jar Diffuser

Create a beautiful tables cape, individual place card holders or gifts with this simple, rustic and easy to make mason jar diffuser with a touch of glamour.
These would look so pretty en masse or individually and would also look great with tea light candles (battery operated) tucked among the potpourri.
My inspiration for this struck while I was out in my yard grabbing some greenery to decorate with. I clipped a few bunches of evergreens plus some dried seed pods (and I have another idea for those so I hope you'll check back for that).
Once inside I grabbed a mason jar, some twine, a diffuser lid from another project, seasonal potpourri and started.
I filled my jar with the potpourri and put on the lid.
I wrapped the twine around the lid a few times this the rustic look I wanted and then attached the greenery with the same twine.
As a finishing touch I brushed on some sparkle Mod Podge to the dried seed pods - I love the way it picks up light from a nearby candle. I hope you stop by the blog to find out more of the details of this easy DIY.
