Wooden Christmas Ornament Gets Dressed Up

A week before a new project was due for our Dose of DIY group we decided to change the category to something for Christmas using wood. So I grabbed these cute wooden skis from the dollar spot at Target and dressed them up a bit to make them festive and fun! I love the way a simple, unadorned ornament can go upscale and hip in just a few minutes without much effort!
Simple wood ski ornament
Boxwood cut from the yard, a handmade ornament, and a necklace that means a lot to me but I don't wear much.
Baker's twine to tie it all together.
