I want to move it into my bathroom after removing the jacuzzi tub. The desk then will be my vanity.

Hi Tammy! It looks like those are standard cabinet bases that were built into a desk with the formica top. You will need to remove the drawers to see if they are screwed into the wall, then remove the screws. If the top is attached, you'll need to unscrew that as well if it won't fit through your doorway in one piece. Also, if the top has a bead of caulk around the edges, you will have to cut that away with a razor cutter to allow it to pull away from the wall. Do this gently so you don't ruin the wall behind it! Good luck!

I am not sure if I will paint it because it will be in my bathroom as my vanity and matches the ones in the bathroom

Looks really useful. I would leave it and paint it. It looks like you use it.

Remove drawers, look for screws holding t he counter top on, using a razor knife, cut along the wall the caulking, remove the trim on the sides, plaster patch damaged area's, and reinstall. make sure of dimensions before starting, that is fits, also that the toilet has 24" clearance in front of it, also door swiing
