Hand written wedding song lyrics on our bedroom wall. I chalked the words onto the wall before painting them. I chose a darker paint by adding a little black to the gray wall paint that was left over.
You could also go a lighter color for words to make it softer.

    I had the exact same idea! It's in my plan to redo the master bedroom (after we finish the kitchen and the laundry room floor). I didn't tell my husband about it - he just agreed to the room colors and I told him I was planning something special on the headboard wall...how did you figure out the spacing of the words? That's the part I'm having trouble with...
