I just LOVE these little angel ornaments. I make them in batches and gift people dozen each. So cute and people really seem to like them.
To make them you need pipe cleaners, wood beads, lace with a straight edge and a seam on one side. Also a fine tipped marker and something to hang them with.


You can pick whatever colour of pipe cleaner you want - I have used white with gold flecks before but I couldn't find them this time. White, silver and gold are also nice.
Then you thread the pipe cleaner through the seamed side of the ribbon, loop it together, add the bead, make a halo and cut off the extra. I use a piece of ribbon or string to tie around the back of the halo for hanging. The loop for the body can be as little or large as you like. Play around with it to figure out what you like best. I prefer them little like the one I am holding above - the ribbon bunches up nicely and it's just cuter in my opinion.
