Organize and Update Your Pantry!

I am seriously delirious and giddy. The pantry is finished and I am one happy girl! I know everyone says it but we really did come down to the wire on this one room challenge.
Let’s take a trip down memory lane… 6 weeks ago to be exact.
And… My lovely little room now!
TA DA! Fresh paint and Fresh ideas for storage and organization!
I created these rolling bins to house all the paper goods, reusable bags, coolers, etc. They have been a game changer on keeping the pantry tidy! I will be posting a "How To" so you can build your own soon!
Crates from the craft store sanded and stained make for awesome hidden storage.
Who doesn't want a bit of happy in every room? Make your own ceiling smile with an easy ceiling treatment. DIY found here on HomeTalk!
Large glass jars get the vinyl treatment - no denying where "stuff" goes now!
My aprons have a place of honor now! How fun are these animal hooks? Seriously easy project with loads of character! The "How To" will be up on the blog soon!

We have lived with the updated pantry for a bit now.... by this time - all my organization efforts would have been undone. Fortunately, I can still smile when I enter! The pantry still looks fabulous and the storage ideas are working!

Check out the blog for more details about this makeover in a hurry.

Till Later,

What is the Hometalk site for the DIY ceiling in your new pantry?

Great job! I'm planning to do a small pantry and have looked at a number of configurations, i.e., open shelves, drawers, dividers, etc. I had planned on designing the lower part of the pantry for cleaning solutions using an open shelf. I never thought of the rollout bins. Aside from looking way cool, can you share some of the pluses/advantages of the rollout bins vs. an open fixed shelf? Thank you.

@Judy Goodin I agree! Older homes do not have this kind of space. I would love to be able to have a pantry 1/2 this size.
