Create a Vintage Insulator Christmas Tree Topper in just a few minutes to enjoy all season long!
As you well know I am obsessed with glass insulators. I am constantly trying to come up with new ways to use & decorate with them.

So when my eyes landed upon my collection of antique glass insulators I knew I had to come up with a way to use them, or at least one of them, in my Christmas decor.

I ran in to a few problems at first (read more in my full blog post - link below), but after a few trial & errors I am very pleased with how simple & beautiful this turned out!
Not only was it incredibly easy to do, but it is absolutely adorable too!

I decided I didn't need to try to fasten or tie it to the tree because it fit perfectly & securely on the top of our Christmas tree. (But if you are worried about this I have some tips on my blog - link below)
I also added a pretty ribbon bow around the insulator to add a little extra Christmas cheer.

I am in love with my Vintage Insulator Christmas Tree Topper! I especially love the color of the insulator & how the bow adds the perfect Christmas touch!

Years ago I put red bows on clear insulators. I decorate with them at Valentine's Day
