From reading the history of the art producer, Ran Su (and nobody seems to refer to him as an "artist", only an "art producer"), I'm guessing that he simply framed the print and did that work in the 1960's. The information that April and Marcia gave you will lead you to the value.

Hey :) it is lovely! There were several companies in the 60's that made very fine copies/prints of the most famous "masters" paintings. Hold on to it and enjoy it or you could sell it on Ebay or Etsy. They do seem to bring a fair prices from $50 to $400 depending on the subject matter. Do alot of research before you sell tho! I would keep it...very nice. Hopt this helps! Layce

The original is "Boy with Still Life", painted in 1855 and done by Charles Baum, who is a German-American still life painter. (1812-1877). The original is in the Butler Art Collection. The companies making prints (like yours, which appears to be giclee print) originally, and erroneously, attributed the painting to be Roesen's work. Ran Su was a popular art producer, making nice quality prints of many different artists in the mid 20th century. This is the listing from the Butler Art Collection, who acquired the painting in 1958. (5th from bottom). http://www.butlerartcollection.com/searchresults.php?pageno=8&artistName=&titleOfWork=&theme=1&movement=1&collectionType=12&searchResultStyle=textAndImages

I really love the frame. That sets yours a bit apart from some others, IMHO...and the fact that it's professionally framed. All those little things add up.
