Noel Burlap Wall-Hanging

Puddy's House

I have seen various wall-hangings with FALL on them, so I was inspired to make a Christmas one. I had all that I needed in my craft supplies and with what I picked up at yard sales, so it was inexpensive and easy to do.
4 coasters from a yard sale for 50 cents. Wooden letters from a thrift shop for $1 a bag full, and some Christmas scrapbook paper from my supplies.
I used the Mod Podge to attach the paper to the coasters, and I gave the letters a coat of acrylic paint.
Then, came the magic of hot glue. I glued the letter to the coaster and the coaster to a strip of burlap.
I needed a way to hang the strip of burlap, and I found this wreath/bow in my stash. I wanted to use the bow for something else, so I thought the little wreath would work well for this.
I wrapped the end of the burlap around the wreath and secured with hot glue.
Then, I attached a little grapevine bow that was also hiding in my stash of supplies.
And, that was it. I have a cute new wall-hanging for this holiday season.
