Updated!! My Craft Room.

It sure won't make the pages of a magazine. However it is gradually evolving into the space I want it to be.
The table has been through 10+ years of crafting, and through 3 grandkids crafting on it. On my to do list is to recover the table.
Ok, so decoupaging paper onto this plastic was a little challenging. Some of the drawers need to be redone because of the wrinkles. i have to step away from it for a bit. I worked on these for awhile.
The black printer sit atop of a bright green cabinet bought at a small store. The tool box I purchased on clearance for 75% off at Meijer's, so it's not a brand name. It works for my needs.
In the tool box I have drawers with specific items. Polymer clay, sizzix dies, rubber stamp ink pads, punches and adhesives. In the top part are a few scrapbooking tools, hot glue gun & glue sticks in the yellow boxes. I have a heat gun in there also.
Ths is part of my wood stash. There's a company in my town who leaves skids out for whomever wants them. Sometimes whole skids, but often they break down the skids. They always look clean when I've been there picking through them. I have some 1x1's from there also.
This is a media cabinet that was given to my daughter. She never used it. So a day came that she was moving to a different city. She gave me this, she had never taken it out of the box. I was using it for books, then media. Now it holds beads. These are Meijer and Dollar General brand food storage containers. Very cheap. At the very bottom are containers that snap together that I've had. I keep charms, findings, stringing materials, earwires...all sorts of things associated with jewelry making. The way my table is set up, I can work either side of the table depending on what I want to do.
I finally bought pegboard! 2'x 4' and spray painted it with Valspar Blossom spray paint. The 2 shelves are made with pallet wood.
I used craft sticks to make the paint bottle holder that is hanging on the wall under a shelf. It's uneven in this pic but I corrected it. Basically I glued 5 layers of sticks all around then started on the grid inside. I used binder clips, clothes pins and other clips that were magnets to hold the sticks together while the wood glue dried. I also used found items to prop the sticks while drying. Once the grid was done I built up 5 more layers and made a second grid. I needed to make the grids/compartments to better hold the paint bottles. I finished off with another 5 layers of sticks then painted when dry.
I neglected to take pics of the changes. until I was working on painting the spice rack that is off to the right. I took the vinyl off the craft table and spray painted it with Sunshine yellow Valspar paint.
The smaller yellow table was a machine gray. I used the same yellow as on the craft table. I am much happier with my room now! I love working in it!
