Our Farmhouse Christmas Front Porch

Beneath My Heart
by Beneath My Heart
This past Spring, we built a new front porch on our basic brick ranch. I have been having so much fun decorating it through all of the seasons! I don't go overboard when decorating for Christmas, but I do like to add touches of green and red.
On each side of our double wood doors, I added a small evergreen tree in a metal bucket with a red bow on top. I also decorated the tree with white lights and pine cone garland.
One of my favorite parts of our Christmas front porch are the two large red berry wreaths on our doors. I purchased them at our local Lowe's.
I also added a striped rug under our welcome mat to give the space a layered look.
I purchased some window boxes at Lowe's and painted them the same color as our shutters (Valspar Ebony Fields,) added some greenery, red berries, and a battery operated candle.
