I Made a Winter Tree With Faux Flocking, Cardinals This Year.

I was bored with our old Christmas tree...the one that I picked up by the side of the roads a few years back. I wanted a smaller, snowy tree so, I made faux snow with plaster of Paris and gave it a new wintery look for this year.
I mixed up lots of plaster with paint and added a bit of sparkle glitter cover each branch with a layer of faux snow.
Red cardinals were my inspiration for adding to the winter theme.
I always like to have some glam. Rhinestone garland, gold glitter pine cones and eggs of pearls did the trick for me.
My blog has more details and pics for you to see.
