    Does this fill with rain water and attract mosquitoes? Any drainage holes? What does it do? Can't help but wonder where one would put one of these embellishments. Hmmmmmm.

    This tire has been turned inside out - I do mine with a crowbar, I have heard there is a machine that does it but never found where one was
