Built-in dresser
My clients needed more room for their clothes then we had closet space. I designed a built-in dresser outside the closet area, to put good use to an otherwise unusable niche.

who writes these things? This caption should read ... "My client needed more room for THEIR clothes THAN they had closet space, so we designed a built-in dressing area," Please people no one can take you seriously when you can not even use the English language properly. This idea is ingenious but I do hate to read poor grammar and spelling.
