Gidget the Vintage Trailer Renovations Before and After

Meet Gidget the vintage trailer! She is a 1956 Century travel trailer made in Detroit, MI. We bought her off craigslist for $1700 last October.

I spent the last few days of warm weather sealing up the exterior and then worked throughout the Winter so she would be ready to use come Spring!

It was A TON of work. I'm not going to lie, I feel like I totally neglected my family for the time I was consumed with this project.

There are still things I need to finish up - but I've just had enough for a while!

Our family of 5 enjoyed camping this Summer.

With the bunk beds in the back and the table turning into a bed, it can sleep up to 6 - but you're definitely snuggled in tight!
