What I'm doing in my garden in preparation for spring

As the birds start singing their courtship song, and the flowers start peeking their heads out of the soil, I have a routine that I generally do to prepare my gardens for spring. Today I'm sharing a few of my gardening tips for spring. This year has been slow going...but I am sharing what normally happens in our gardens as they burst from hibernation. Do you have specific tasks that you do each year? I'm also showing off our newest family members....arriving just in time for easter! No doubt...they will appear throughout the summer!

Oh...we've had chickens most for years...but where I live now...we have tons of predators. I had a flock that got entirely wiped out in one night...so this group will have even chicken wire on the top of the pin. Thanks!

Good luck with all your endeavors. I was thinking about getting a few chickens myself urban chickens that's a new concept for my area well at least in my subdivision and I just made my new soil potting mix to get ready to start my seeds for my garden. It is always nice to start getting ready for SPRING!
