We had an extra, small bedroom in our new home, and I made it into what has become known as ...»
The Fluff Room. Lavenders and green with ecru; lots of 1890's look; lace, feminine items laying around (gloves, hats), old pictures, and flowers. And more lace. Love it!

Leaves are too 'soft' for yucca; some form of lily. When it blooms, you'll know!

What kind of plant is this?

These are growing in my neighbors yard. We have no clue what they are??? It has a really thick stem like a sunflower would. We thought it was a weed but there are about 6-7 and theyre spaced apart perfectly as if planted purposely. Please help solve the plant mystery

NOT rhubarb. Could be castor bean, which is poisonous to ingest.

  • A bedroom fit for a king? 2
  • Note the ceiling details. Even the lighting is tinted.
  • This is a client design, cut out of marble and installed in several areas of the home.
  • Once a master closet. now a dry sauna. 1
  • A bath fit for a king? Note the tile edgeing along the top of the walls, 2
  • Well, if you like the bath, you'll love the shower. The same stone used around the bath was used throughout the shower. These photos don't begin to give this place the opulance it deserves.

I see a lot of unique homes where owners led the design and implementation themselves. This one took my breath away.

Everything in this home was designed by the homeowner including the marble floor medallions. Like it? How about a thumbs up?!?!

I prefer hardwood with nice rugs on either side of the bed. Very good for those with ...»
allergies; the small rugs can be washed often. Full carpeting is difficult to keep really clean under the bed.

  • Lighter application of stainfor an interior area. Eco friendly materials allow for this kind of color control

Eco-friendly floor staining can transform cracks lines from dark to light. Our clients love this floor effect. Do you?

This shows multiple applications of Translucent Brown professional staining material. 2 coats of sealer and 3 coats of wax.

Rock N Roll Room

This room was painted for Atlanta designer Terri Kemp of Terri Kemp Interiors in Raleigh, N.C. I thought a giant guitar would be fun on the wall and would be something that would be relevant for years.
