    That's a lot of info. Would you consider adding a little more information about energy issues surrounding recessed lighting? They can create a lot of heat transfer through the insulation gaps around the fixtures, and waste a lot of energy.

    Steve, you mention a good point regarding the heat wasted from recess lighting. They look great but unfortunately cutting holes in your ceiling and insulation does create some energy issues.

    We are planning to add more articles about ways to save energy around the home, especially with winter upon us. Thanks for the feedback and let me know if there are other subjects you would like us to cover.
