Great bathroom! I love wall-mounted faucets because you don't end up getting "gunk" around the handles. I used them in a master-bath I redid. @Steve, I don't think there would be much splashing with the vessel sink having sides that high.
I like this. Hadn't thought about the wall-mounted handles and faucet. I would like that in my own bathroom. I also really like the look of the vessel sinks but like Steve, I was wondering about the splashing. (even with the ones with lower sides) Is this an issue with other vessel sinks?
@Teresa There has been experiences with some of these sinks and splashing, we have found that the one shown above is a better alternative because of the higher sides than some. I'll just say...not a kids bathroom sink to consider...powder rooms and master baths are best! :) thanks!
Thinking about doing something similar to this in a guest house I'm planning, but I would put the faucets a little closer to the sink to limit the splash. I like the faucets in the wall as some one else said, it elimates the guck that you have to clean up around the faucets. But then again I am going to have solar hot water and a composting toilet and grey water run to water the trees and bushes. It will be nearly totally off the grid.
@bonnie I like counter room also....but do love how this looks for a powder room...i'm going to be sure to check in with our homeowner to see if the splash factor has come into play! Thanks for your comments! @ lee Ann thank you! We love how it worked into the small space too!
