DIY Closet Makeover for $100

I know many of us go into organization mode after the holidays, and I got a jump start by finally revamping our disfunctional guest room closet. For under $100 ($80.46, to be exact) we have a totally new, functional, pretty closet space for us and our guests.
Here's our before photo. The shelf and rod are anything but useful or practical. This closet became a haven for random junk and it was time to do something about it. See how it looks now: http://www.monicawantsit.com/2015/12/how-to-makeover-your-closet-for-100.html

I have to know where you got the grey and white toileish baskets? Thirty-one gifts? Love them. I am redoing my linen closet with that color scheme and would love them.
