Tiny Terrarium for Kids to Make!

Want a fun little project to do with your kiddo? These little terrariums would be a great activity for a birthday party or play date! I did them with my granddaughter Ellie for one of our craft days! They are super easy, you simply need jars, sheet moss, little toy "friends", wooden pegs & craft paint!
There are so many cute jars and adorable little 'friends' to use for these tiny terrariums!
Just add a bit of moss to your jar...
It's super easy to make ittie bittie mushrooms with wooden pegs and paint...
My sweet granddaughter used her 3 terrariums to decorate her room!

I'm loving this idea for my upcoming 9 year old's birthday party. We live out in the country so I'll have the kids collect twigs, rocks, leaves, etc.. I'll also get insects instead since they'll be mostly all boys. I'll get some dirt and little plants. They can add whatever they want to their terrarium jar. Thanks for this idea!
