Stairs

We thought we might share some more amazing and unique staircases but would not recommend them in a home for sale as

some may just downright spook a buyer - ha, ha. Happy Friday everyone and enjoy!

Swedish architects thought this was a good solution for a narrow staircase - criss crossing stairs made of pine boxes!

Scary right!? Believe it or not these stairs will hold up to 440 lbs on each step made of reinforced steel says Spanish designer!

Wouldn't you know it a skateboarding school designed these and they eventually added a handrail - we thought they were cool!

Not to mention any "details" but most of these would be rejected by a code inspector in a heart beat....hand rails?

That floating type stair is pretty sweet. The angles one would confuse me trying to go up and down lol.

The slide staircase looks like a staircase at New Belgium Brewery here in Fort Collins (brewer of Fat Tire). It's a really tight curve on that slide. You have to have a really skinny tush to keep moving down the slide (as in don't drink too much beer).

I'm with KMS This would never fly in Boise with any home inspection of ANY Kind. Imagine the liability.
