Inspired by Turquoise - crackle paint pot
I've been experimenting with crackle paint methods and wanted to achieve the look of turquoise. This pot took several attempts, coats of paint and experimentation to get the color and crackles remotely close to the look of turquoise.
I ended up using the Elmer's Glue crackle paint method and a crackle finishing coat.
Trying to get the turquoise color just right.
Pieces of costume jewelry finish off the pot's turquoise theme.
