Lets Create a Doily Cushion...

30 Minutes
Easy
I LOVE repurposing things. In fact there is a cupboard in the house, and a cupboard in the shed that stores stuff that fits the 'Keep this - because I could change it up one day!' category.
This cushion had really seen better days and was in the said cupboard.
Also in the cupboard was this beautiful vintage doily.
I removed the cushion inner, centred the doily on the front of the cushion and pinned it in place.
Machine stitched around the outer edge of the doily.
Popped the inner back in the cushion.

And placed it on the bed it was to decorate.
Every room should have something in it that makes you smile...

And this doily cushion does just that for me!

Did you make the chenille pillow? I’d like to learn how to make those

I realize this post is several years old by now. I wanted to see if you had a tutorial for the pillow next to it with the roses.
